Newport is so proud to announce the graduation of Pre-Kindergarten class of 2021!
The past year has been filled with a lot of challenges and shifting norms. Still, this amazing group of students worked hard and accomplished so much. The Newport community was thrilled to celebrate their successes over the past year culminating in this important rite of passage… Pre-K graduation to Kindergarten! The official graduation ceremony was held on Thursday, May 20th at 5:00 PM at our outdoor playspace. Family members were invited to join the procession with their graduate as they received their diploma at the park.
In an effort to keep our community safe and healthy, our graduates recorded their graduation song performances at school with teachers this year. Graduates and their families received a compilation video of these concerts, the recording of the processional, and a picture montage as a keepsake for families to remember this momentous occasion.
